As your Mortgage Planner, I have been involved in originating loans since 1991. I love what I do for a living. Over the past 15 years, I have gravitated to focusing on the difficult type transactions that sometimes require a keen sense of being creative and the experience to know HOW to structure and package the loan. I have a deep understanding of credit scoring and how significant that can impact all areas of an individual’s life. I have had a lot of success with credit correction too.

My primary niche is working with borrowers that have convoluted problems and helping them secure financing for purchase or refi transactions.  I call it “Yale to Jail Financing”. I have extensive experience with loans that have involved Self Employed, Divorce Buyouts, Chapter 13 Bankruptcies wanting to refi (dismissal or discharge), foreclosures, loss mitigation dept’s….etc.
